Fitness Training

But when a walk around the block just isn’t enough, it’s time to call ZoneDogs—a unique daily fitness and exercise service for dogs. We know that if you had the time, you’d take Fido for a run every day, but as it is, you don’t have time to exercise yourself much less your dog! That’s where we come in. Our K-9 Fitness Programs were developed to meet the needs of caring, busy dog owners—people like you! Have a hefty pooch?  We also offer Doggy Fat Camp to help jump start your dogs weight loss and fitness goals.

What do we do? We provide companionship for your dog. If your dog likes to play ball, we’ll play ball. Catch a frisbee, swim in the lake, go cycling or skating…we’ll do it all. We make it fun. Fido gets exercised…gets healthy treats…gets attention…and you have peace-of-mind. No more destructive chewing, excessive barking, trash raiding or digging—instead, your dog is happy, fit and healthy.

At ZoneDogs, the animals come first. Our goal is to provide them with the daily exercise they need to enhance their fitness level, reduce stress and improve their health and overall quality of life. Our secondary goal is to give their owners’ peace-of-mind knowing that they are providing the best possible care for their pets.

Fat Camp

Just as in humans, most animals become overweight when they are eating more calories than they are burning. Since we have total control over how much our pets eat and exercise our pets get, this should not be an issue. But it is a HUGE problem. We reward our pets with treats, some several times a day, when a good head rub would suffice. Some of us feed our dogs their meals according to exactly what the food manufacturer recommends. This isn’t always necessary because all dogs are different and these are just recommendations.

Whatever the reason, canine obesity is at an all time high. We here at ZoneDogs.com can help. We can help you determine what exercise program is right for your dog and your schedule. We offer a variety of activities to help your pooch drop those pounds and add some healthy muscle. Our exercise program includes swimming, hiking, treadmill workouts, biking, skatejoring, fetching, healthy digging, and flying disc catch.
